Executive and CEO public relations

Executive & CEO PR

Executive PR helps CEOs, managing directors and senior leaders turn their experience into a public profile through relevant commentary, thought leadership and speaking.

Your reputation already exists among colleagues and customers. The next step is deciding what a wider audience should know you for. We help you express a clear point of view, choose subjects you can substantiate and prepare to contribute beyond your own organisation.

What should an executive be known for?

A public profile needs a purpose. You might want to contribute to your industry, support a business transition or be considered for speaking opportunities. We begin with that objective and the people whose attention would make a difference.

  • Identify the leadership questions you can answer from experience, with examples that support your position.
  • Turn your perspective into timely media commentary and considered articles, rather than a stream of announcements.
  • Connect interviews, speaking topics and LinkedIn activity so people encounter a consistent account of your expertise.
  • Prepare for questions about your decisions, your organisation and the limits of what you can discuss publicly.
02

How do we build a credible leadership profile?

We agree the themes, boundaries and approval process before approaching opportunities. Your time is limited, so the work should draw on conversations and knowledge you already have, with clear decisions about what deserves your involvement.

    Find your useful perspective

We explore the issues you have worked through, the changes you see coming and the assumptions you would challenge. Specific experience gives an editor or event organiser something more useful than a job title.

    Prepare to speak publicly

We help you shape answers and practise handling follow-up questions. Media interviews and stage appearances ask for different kinds of preparation; both benefit from messages you can deliver in your own voice.

Connect the profile to the person

Your personal brand should make sense across articles, introductions and LinkedIn. We consider how each contribution supports the reputation you want to build, then review which subjects and formats are proving useful.

Have you supported other business leaders?

Kevin Gaskell previously led Porsche GB, BMW GB and Lamborghini GB as MD or CEO. Our work amplified his profile across business and national media. Marianne Page’s case study records targeted coverage and speaking engagements, including features in Real Business and Stylist.

What else would you like to know?

Is executive PR only for a CEO?

No. Managing directors, senior executives and other leaders can benefit when they have relevant expertise and a clear reason to share it. We will discuss your responsibilities, ambitions and any organisational approval requirements.

Can you help with LinkedIn and speaking?

Yes. We can consider LinkedIn alongside speaking themes and media contributions, so your public activity reflects the same expertise. We agree the specific support you need rather than assuming every channel belongs in the brief.

How much does executive PR cost?

Retainers start from £1,000 a month. The agreed programme determines the fee, including the preparation and ongoing activity involved. We discuss priorities and available time before recommending a scope.

Will this guarantee interviews or speaking invitations?

Publication decisions belong to editors, and event organisers choose their speakers. We can develop relevant proposals and prepare you for opportunities, but we cannot promise a particular placement or invitation.
