Our founder and CEO, Alison Shadrack, has been appointed to lead the Essex branch of the Institute of Directors
Alison has been officially appointed the Chair of IoD Essex. Her term will run for three years.
The IoD is the UK’s number one organisation for directors, providing connections, professional development and a lobbying voice.
Alison says "We help our members to connect to, develop and influence their network and the wider business community and there are more compelling reasons than ever for business leaders to develop their skills. In the past year, the IoD has invested in providing online access for members to attend virtual events, masterminds, executive coaching, board development training and to acquire formal director qualifications.
We are here to help directors to understand that there is support for them at whatever level they are working at. There is support to learn, to connect and engage with like-minded directors, and we are here to facilitate that.
